About the event
UNDER STRANGE SKIES
A Solo Exhibition of New Paintings by Kerry Dunn
October 2nd - November 1st, 2026
In this recent body of work, Dunn transforms familiar scenes through vibrant, often unexpected color, textured surfaces, and subtle elements of absurdity. His figures occupy heightened moments of movement, tension, and collective activity as observed reality gives way to subjective experience. Together, these shifts lend the paintings a surreal quality, revealing the emotional forces at work beneath what appears familiar.
Opening Reception: First Friday, October 2nd, 2026, 5 - 8 PM
The Interactive Museum of Contemporary Art (IMOCA)
