FORCES IN DIALOGUE

Werring Contemporary partners with Philadelphia’s newest cultural landmark, iMOCA – the Interactive Museum of Contemporary Art, for this powerful two-person exhibition uniting internationally recognized artist Maureen Drdak and acclaimed sculptor Tom Miles.

Drdak fuses ancient repoussé metalwork with contemporary painting, creating luminous works rooted in myth and transformation. Miles, known for iconic Philadelphia public art, sculpts forms of striking balance that merge tradition with cutting-edge technology.

Though their voices are distinct, together Drdak and Miles transform iMOCA’s dynamic new space into a site of dialogue — an interplay of matter, light, and energy that resonates deeply within Philadelphia’s evolving cultural landscape.
